Hands-on Cooking Holiday in the Dordogne

English chef, Jim Fisher is a Masterchef semi-finalist and winner of £5,000 1st prize in the Rick Stein - Radio Times sea fish cookery competition. He has worked with Rick Stein in Padstow and Alastair Little in London and now you can go down to the Dordogne to his family's converted 17th Century farm and work on your cooking skills with Jim.

There are one, two, three, four and five day courses, summer and christmas specials and lots more. The prices are very reasonable, currently the 5 day, six night residential course is £695 per person (based on two sharing) and they do a Cooking & Painting combined course for the same price.
